On October 20th, the Scottsdale League for the Arts put on a festival of flavors at the Cooks & Cooks event at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale. Top chefs from all over the Valley came to create unique creations that truly make cooking an art form, a lifestyle, a way of life. From Mariposa’s Lisa Dahl’s fig ambrosial goat cheesecake with burnt salted caramel sauce, to T. Cook’s Todd Allison’s prawns with chorizo and white bean puree, to the pork belly anitcucho with kalamansi by Derek Biazo of Deseo – everything tasted like culinary genius.
