Review // Beats and Brunch AZ
On Saturday, September 8th I had the pleasure of attending the Beats & Brunch Fest, an instagrammable foodie event that benefited the Arizona Cancer Foundation for Children. It was hosted at the trendy monOrchid in Downtown Phoenix. Surrounded by art and great music, I danced around the room tasting exciting brunch food and enjoying the mimosa and Bloody Mary bar. Conceptually Social Catering provided creative takes on classic brunch items, such as breakfast tacos, banana nut macadamia pancakes, and a loaded potato waffle. The famous Pancake Picasso was there to make your pancake art dreams come true! He could just about make anything into a colorful, pancake masterpiece. After contemplating the endless possibilities, I decided on a penguin pancake and it came out great! Colorful and interactive art pieces also filled the monOrchid, which were perfect for taking pictures with your brunch squad! Overall, Beats & Brunch AZ was an unforgettable event benefitting a great cause!
