Devour Culinary Classic celebrated its 10th Anniversary this weekend! Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Desert Botanical Garden, (its second year there), the culmination of culinary talent and innovation came together for a wonderful festival of flavor. While there were many great dishes to choose from, a few standout ones included Windsor’s Crispy Pork Ribs with Fermented Chili Galze, Worth Takeaway’s Crispy Chicken Slider (super crispy!), and deseo’s Braised Crispy Pork Belly Glazed with Spiced Guava. Some other favorites include The Gladly’s sweet dessert, Hana’s tempura’d eggs and Joyride’s octopus tostada. It was wonderful to eat and run into so many familiar faces. I can’t believe it’s over, and can’t wait again for next year.
